Simon Fraser is a queer theatre designer and producer from London. in 2017, they completed a four-year BA Fine Arts Degree at the University of the Arts London, where he specialised in photography and sculpture.
Since then, he has worked closely with the Bush Theatre as design assistant on multiple productions, as well as designing an area of the theatre, during its announcement of their 2019 season.
In the same year, his theatre design debut premiered with Fast Love at Theatre 503 which then transferred to The Lion and Unicorn Theatre. 
In 2020 he wrote the critically acclaimed play, Avalanche which was created at The Bush Theatre and made its digital debut in January 2021. In the same year, they were awarded Arts Council Funding to Research and Develop Fraser's play, Avalanche over 4 weeks.
He most recently completed an MA degree in Theatre Design at Wimbledon College of Art. His work focuses on the research and use of materials concerned with the sensual potential of performance.
After graduating in September 2021, Simon has designed productions for Mark Ravenhill, Artistic Director of The Kings Head Theatre and most recently produced Rapture for a 3-week run at the Pleasance Theatre in London.
Simon is now hoping to implement his knowledge as a designer back into the company when producing future projects as Bloom Theatre.
